
GO.RIGHTFUNNEL.COM MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT DETAILS
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Right Funnel LLC, a Wyoming corporation with a mailing address at 30 N Gould St. Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("the Company"), and the individual or entity subscribing to the management services of go.rightfunnel.com ("the Client"). Collectively, these are referred to as "the Parties."
By subscribing to the management services provided by the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Company will provide the Client with management of the go.rightfunnel.com software platform, including:
Software Management: Managing all websites, funnels, automations, and related assets that were originally created by Right Funnel. This includes monitoring, updating, and troubleshooting workflows, automations, and system components that Right Funnel has set up. It ensures the proper functioning of existing components but does not cover the creation of new funnels, websites, or advanced customizations.
Software Configuration: Ensuring the proper setup and configuration of the software for the Client’s business needs.
User Management: Managing user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform.
System Maintenance: Monitoring system performance and ensuring uptime.
Integrations Management: Managing third-party integrations and ensuring their functionality within the software.
Tier 1 Support: Providing basic technical support, such as resolving login issues, assisting with navigation within the software, and answering general usage questions. This does not include advanced troubleshooting or technical development.
Note: This Agreement does not include the creation, design, or development of funnels, websites, or custom content. The Client is responsible for building and maintaining their own funnels, websites, and custom assets within the platform.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
A. Pricing: The fee for management services is $X per month ("Management Fee"). This fee grants the Client access to the management services described in Section 1.
B. Payment Method: The Client agrees to have their payment method automatically charged the Management Fee monthly unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
C. Non-Refundable: All payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. The Client may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
Provide any necessary information or access required by the Company to manage the software effectively.
Handle all website and funnel creation, design, and content development themselves or with a third-party provider.
Respond promptly to any requests for information or clarification to avoid delays in service.
4. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
While the Company will assist in managing third-party integrations within the software, the Client acknowledges that any costs associated with these third-party services are their responsibility. The Company is not liable for any additional fees incurred from third-party providers.
5. LIMITATIONS OF SUPPORT
The Company will provide Tier 1 Support only. This includes:
Basic troubleshooting for login or access issues.
Answering general questions regarding navigation and the functionality of the platform.
Support for integrating third-party services, provided those services are supported by the platform.
Tier 1 Support does not include:
Custom development work, code troubleshooting, or advanced technical support.
The creation, modification, or optimization of funnels, websites, email campaigns, or other marketing assets.
Resolving third-party service issues unrelated to the software.
For issues beyond the scope of Tier 1 Support, the Client may need to seek assistance from third-party support services or specialists.
